Every class begins with a full body warm up. Together we focus on mobility and flexibility to ready our body and prevent injury.
After warming up, the class is split into smaller groups to work on specific skills with their coach. Each group is broken up by prior experience level and skill difficulty. Beginners start with the fundamental kicks and drills for flips.
We always end our classes with a quick conditioning session to strengthen our body.
Tricking looks crazy and intense, but everyone started from somewhere. The majority of our students have no background in any acrobatics or martial arts. We help develop your skills and technique from the ground up.

Every class we break up into smaller groups with each coach to work on skills appropriate to your skill level.
The majority of our students have no prior experience in martial arts or tumbling. Our program focuses on developing the movement fundamentals from the ground up.
Absolutely! While tricking may look dangerous, we break down all our skills to their base fundamentals. We build all our students from the ground up - using drills and equipment to develop strength, control, and air awareness.
Our coaching method heavily relies on safety equipment - trampolines, blocks & mats, and our spring floor really aid with understanding the movement and drilling the body. We don't just chuck skills and hope to land!
All our classes cover the same content and follow the same curriculum. Every class is broken down into smaller groups with each coach to work on skills appropriate to your skill level.
If you're under the age of 12: We highly recommend our Kids Tricking program. You can attend the All Tricking if it better suits your schedule, but our Kids Tricking class has a lot more kid-friendly drills and has other students of that age.
If you're a teenager under the age of 16: We recommend either the Kids Tricking or the All Tricking program. Whichever better fits your schedule.
If you're over the age of 16: We recommend either the All Tricking or the Adult Tricking program. Whichever better fits your schedule.
We recommend a minimum of 2 classes per week as an optimal number to start seeing steady progress, especially with our beginners. But you should always listen to your body! Tricking is an intensive activity!
