Tricking Privates & Semi-Privates Policy

Thank you for choosing to train with us! To ensure a smooth and productive experience, please review the following policy regarding private and semi-private tricking sessions.

Session Packages & Expiration

• 4-Pack Sessions: All 4-pack private or semi-private sessions must be used within 5 weeks of the first scheduled session.
• Unused sessions will expire after 5 weeks from the purchase date and are non-refundable.
• Sessions can be scheduled flexibly within that 5-week period, based on coach availability.

Cancellations, Rescheduling, No Shows

• 24-Hour Notice Required: To cancel or reschedule a session without penalty, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session will result in the loss of that session credit, unless otherwise approved by the coach.
• Late cancellations (less than 24 hours notice) are subject to the coach’s discretion and may be rescheduled at their judgment.
• No-shows (failure to attend a scheduled session without any notice) automatically forfeit the session credit.

Semi-Private Policy

• For semi-private sessions, all participants must coordinate with the coach to agree on a time.
• The same cancellation policy applies to each individual participant.
